Greetings huymuc3005, What kind of issues are you having with your account. Could you please explain what issues you are experiencing? By knowing what type of issues you are having will allow a better understanding on how to further assist you.

Since you have cleared them. Have you tried simple troubleshooting to bring the NPC back? Like closing out the game and relaunching the game? It may just be a visual bug that fixes itself once you restart the game again. If this problem does persist though I would recommend making a post in the NPC & Scripting Bug Section so the scripting team and look into the issue.

You can merge your old red account + blue account into a silver account by going to the dashboard. Here is a link to the dashboard. Greetings MrNeah, There is a Server Merge FAQ which explains what happened to your cloths. But, I will post it here as well. Based on the what you have provided it looks like the hat and the clothes you where wearing are lost. Q: Do I lose something with the merge? A: Pretty much everything will be merged except the clothes you wear. The clothes you wear on the server you didn't choose as main server will be deleted. To prevent this you should take them off before you merge your account!

If not please take a moment to look at this thread for further details on how to merge your account. Also, the servers have gone down for the moment for a maintenance. There is no ETA when the servers will be back up from the maintenance.

Greetings, This isn't an uncommon bug. We have this in the Common Merge Error's FAQ. You will need the assistance of a PRO staff member to further assist with depositing the Pokemon. Just be patient and they will assist you in a timely manner. Q: I can't store some of my Pokemon, what do I do?! A: You will need a staff member in-game to assist you; please contact a staff member that is currently online on your server, or request for one in General Support.

Greetings mrgibbyhd, In regards to the missing clothing items. The clothes you wear on the server in which you didn't choose as your main server will be deleted. So if you had clothes on both red/blue servers and didn't remove them before the merge then those clothes will be lost. As for the missing mount a staff member will be able to assist you further with that concern.
