Great idea but it would be too much trouble as one player from each battle would need to be streaming and not everyone has the ability to stream due to pc issues, bandwidth, or other misc issues that are unknown. Though it is not a problem to have PRO create their own YT channel and post battles there and put them under a created playlist of certain events or tournaments.

Yeah the structure comes from an old admin job I did. The assistants are not currently needed with the current workload but who knows when PRO becomes bigger may need them. The ban appeal assistant would more so not be just its own position but something someone in another position wants to help out with. I mainly made this post because I was just thinking about stuff and this came to mind :P

You dont need the 4th badge in johto to trade thats only kanto. Once you have the kanto 4th badge you can trade all you want.

I've leveled about 15-20 pokemon to 100 in dragon's den. Not 1 dratini or dragonaire but went into Safari zone I got 3 dratini's in 4hrs there.

Looks great!! Nature <3 Where were these photos taken? (You don't have to give a specific location) I'm originally from Alaska. These were taken mid winter. I literally climbed a mountain and waited for hours to get those sunset photos. Always a good thing to wear warm clothing / blankets lol.

So this suggestion stems from a post someone made which got me to thinking. So far the staff has done a wonderful job at doing everything to the best of their abilities but as we are humans which can always better ourselves with constructive feedback I thought I would do just that and provide a constructive feedback / suggestion. I believe there is a way to improve the current structure to better the growing community and help the current staff with their duties and work loads. So the low amount of staff is due to not enough "qualified and quality" players applying for positions through the workshop. It can be frustrating at times when there is no one on. But, remember the servers can only be rebooted by a dev / admin and these admin's have their lives as well to maintain. Shane has children so he juggles PRO and his fatherly duties. I can't speak about the other admins who have access to rebooting the servers but they may be in similar situations. As for Mods / GM's as more players go through the workshop and are accepted as staff after doing the apprentice stages will we see more active staff during all hours of the day. Until that day we will have to tough it out and be patient.
