After you defeated all team rocket members you can find a card key on 1 of the desk on the 2nd floor. Now head back to the elevator and go to floor 4, take a good look at the upper wall, there is a hidden door (you can see the difference on the floor), interact with the door and you will be able to fight with Giovanni. After you defeated Giovanni you automatically have the password for the machines standing in the team rocket base, eevee is in 1 of them. The game does auto save. But, if you catch a really epic pokemon or lets say a shiny pokemon. I recommend logging out to force a save for your character data. That way if a server crash or a rollback happens you don't lose the pokemon you caught.

Level 100 dragonite Addy + scales. Cost me 2 Ms. But well worth it. As I will be using it for the lvl 120 boss battles. Also mentioned it's full EV trained as well.

Not sure how its risky with pokemon. You use a trash pokemon for the trade. You just add the item to the pokemon and during the trade give them the trash pokemon its simple. So again not sure how its risky. Also, not sure why you created 3 posts when you could have just created just one and just listed your 3 questions there. And they would have been answered instead of having to go to three different posts to get answers / input.

Route 22 has a higher rate of shroomish in kanto. I have obtained 3 there. And a few of my friends have obtained 10+ more there.

Incorrect. Shroomish is a rare encounter by headbutt on route 22. I have got about 5 from this area. But, there is no spawn point in kanto at the moment for shroomish besides headbutting.

The afk timer is set to 7 minutes currently. This is to beat those who would just go afk for long periods of time ingame and taking up one of the slots for someone who wants to enjoy the game. Understand its frustrating when you get put back into the queue for going afk.

Yep, you just have to finish beating the rocket hideout then there is a rocket guard at the top left of the map near one of the buildings so just talk to him to get him to disappear and you gain access to behind the buildings.
