Usually, when you apply to any guild, you must answer a set of requirements questions beforehand. Each guild has its own specific criteria, depending on their focus, such as PvP or PvE. However, at Vanguard, we don't have any hardcore requirements for joining. We cherish the company of fellow gamers and aim to grow together as a community.

You can start trading after getting 4 medals. To do so, both you and the person you wish to trade with must be in the same Pokémon Center. When you click on the characters, several options will appear, as shown below. From there, you can select "trade."

To get TM Cut, you need to complete a separate quest called the SS Annie side quest. First, you need a ticket for the SS Annie. To get this ticket, you must complete a mini-quest that begins in Cerulean City. Go north to Bill's house,
where he will ask you to find a book, the book should be located underneath his pillow. After completing this task, you can start the SS Annie quest from Vermilion City.
