Hi, I was doing the quest of regice and in the underground ruins I put the ice key and I went to face regice but I couldn't catch it. I use a lot of ultraballs, great balls and pokeballs (Maybe 30-35 of those). Finally I knew I was in a bug and I closed the game, but when I return the pokemon was gone. How can I recover it?
