So i heard stockpile is bugged, I was just wondering exactly how? I was planning on using it for the sp. def and baton pass it off, will that still work?

Hp+spDef, and around 20 for atk isn't that setup more suited to mega mawile though, who uses huge power ability?

I was thinking atk + hp, is that good enough?

Just wondering what EV's I should give this, smogon has EVs based off of mega mawile, which isn't obtainable, thanks for any help! :)

No, you carry over money / items / TMs and HMs (although surf still requires a badge to use outside of combat) the only drawback is your kanto poke get locked in the PC until you obtain the 8th badge

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset an account, although bear these things in mind, red and blue server each have their own individual "saves" so if you want to start anew try the other server, also "You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person." If you already have 4, I wouldn't risk making another, hope this helps.
