actually not in battles with people of game! just when u trying to catch something! u are not able to use anything

im trying to find this pokemon almost 2 hours and when i found this freeze again! to many lags in battles today! only in battles

i finished hoenn e4 did the quest for transmat station! and i went back to kanto normally! now i came hoenn for some job and in my transmat station it has only hoenn locations!and not <vermillion city>am i blind?
