    I'm also having this problem. I've checked all my drivers, they are all up-to date. I can't find a way of uninstalling and reinstalling DirectX 12 as it's built into Windows 10 from what I've seen on google. And I can't revert back to Windows 7, I don't have my original CD and it's been more than the whatever amount of time given to revert back
