Oh I should mention I stopped playing after about 20 minutes once I realized something was off so I'm pretty much at the beginning of the game still, the Gold server to Viridian and the Silver server still at spawn

Heya, my name is GoldenGrizzly and I'm new to the game. While I was first talking to the Oak message box I was booted out of the server. Confused, I re-entered the silver server and I was what I'm assuming is the default, a bald guy. I looked all over to try and find a way to customize my character like the other players I was seeing around me but, upon finding nothing, I went to the Discord to try and figure out what happened. Apparently there is an initial customization option where you can customize your character but I missed that. Jenn from the discord was super helpful and directed me here for an account reset so that I could do that. If that can be done that'd be fantastic cause being a bald guy isn't exactly what I wanna be. Thank you and I hope it can be resolved soon! -Grizzly
