Thank you so much! It worked!

We've tried a few times, until the download would work, and it worked now, but now it won't load. After the "patching files" loading, it just says "waiting for game to be closed", after a few seconds it says that there was an error.

My friend kept trying to download PRO, but it always ended up as a file with an internet explorer icon, and when clicked it'd just open a blank page. I am unsure of what they could do to fix it, and they don't know either. We already tried extracting it anyways or giving a link to all files, is there any other thing we can try?
