I wanted to add a membership to the blue server but I don't see the donate button. Same goes with my friend, but he does not have membership but he was trying but one and I told him to look for the donate button but he also says it was not there.

You have to wait, it happens to me all the time, just give a little bit and it will log you in. Sometimes I wait 20+ min to login but eventually I will login

You have to wait a little, I had the same problem and all I just did was wait. Its like an invisible wait que. You will eventually log in.
