Hi Shinohara It was the first time I go to Sootopolis. I spoke with the old man near Kyogre and Groudon. He needed help and I accepted. After that, I was teleport above them and speach with Steven and the other guy started. Rayquaza was not there. I defeated Sootopolis's gym and them I went route 131 and defeated Jackson because I was affraid I couldn't go to E4 without finishing the moon quest. So I could take my kanto poke to beat Jackson and Deoxys. I hope it will help you

Hi ! I have to bugs to report : - First, at Sootopolis, the first time I talked with the NPCs (Steven and the other guy) they didn't ask me to go route 131 but they just came back to the gym, so I could defeat it without going to moon - Second, first time I talked to fossil maniac Charles (at route 114) he just sold me the excavation card without asking for the six rocks Are this bugs knowned ? I just don't to get banned because of this :/
