During battles with other trainers (PVE) the sun icon in the upper right corner doesn't appear, but during battles with wild pokemons it does. Does it work properly?

As the title says, i can't log in anymore, but only in the gold server (where i'm playing). If, with the same user and password, i try to log in the silver server the game starts.
