How am I supposed to "normally continue your adventure" when I can't even start playing? To be clear this is my first time playing, so I am not sure why you would need to reset my account. Is there an estimate on when this will get resolved?

Well, it's hard to explain my issue through screenshots, but when I start the game, I select a server and then I am talking with Professor. When I started creating my character, I get kicked back to the main screen. I tried both gold and silver and am getting the same issue.

According to the website, the servers are offline. This sucks because I just heard about the game and was going to create my character and give it a shot.
