  1. Pp up used and no increase in pp

    I used a number of pp ups on my pikachus thunderbolt (all that I had in my bad I think 5) and got it from 15 pp to 28. when I relogged hours later my thunderbolt was back at 15 pp and I only had one pp up in my bag is there any way to get back the other four pp ups or get my pikachus thunderbolt back up to what it was at?
