Appreciate the quick response , im still somewhat new to PRO so im a bit unfamiliar with some of the location for such info. Thank you for directing me.

The move will do damage the way it suppose to but does not heal at all like it is supposed to. Im not sure if this is the same for silver server or not because i do not play on silver at all.
