When the auction has ended and someone did bid and win, you can't have the right to cancel it. To be able to cancel your auction, which is already a huge advantage for the sellers, you need to do it before it ends, otherwise it is not ethical, neither correct for the winner. It has always been like that since this rule exists, if some people managed to cancel their auction after it ended while someone offered, just report it and we will take care of it.

As i said, the 16m7 offer was made at 12:04 AM GMT+1, when the ending point was 11:54 PM GMT +1. This offer is not valid, and the last valid one was the 16m5 one made at 10:53 PM GMT +1. Since the issue seems solved, i'll close the thread from now on. Please try to not comment too much on auction threads when they are disagreements and simply report it/call a trade moderator. Yes, since the only valid offer was 16,5m i can grant you a "refund". I'll do it whenever i can. The problem is this screen doesn't show me any time stamps or any proof that the offer was made on time, since you also posted the screen and the offer after the auction ended. So this offer would be considered void, i understand it caused a mess since the seller did write this due to a missunderstanding but your 17,2m offer was never valid.

Therefore you are not able to cancel it, and the auction will start again from the time when you posted you were cancelling the auction.
