Outbreaks were a rly nice idea. So sad, that the original concept was dumped, I guess. IIrc, when outbreaks came out, it was announced like a random event, which could appear every day with a low chance, but then it changed some day, so they were started manually only. I like that idea where some things could happen randomly. Would be very nice to see that original concept happen (again)

I'm sorry for you, that your fun will be gone with this changes, but in my opinion this is a good and long needed change, because it's way healthier for the economy. Hopefully they will increase the form chance then a bit to have a chance to get at least 1 mon in an event
