The move Dual Chop appears to hit as many times as it has been used, instead of a fixed 2 times as the tooltip suggests. That is, if n is the number of times Dual Chop has been used in the fight, it will hit n times, the most I've seen being 4 so far. EDIT: Actually, it doesn't seem to have a definite pattern. Sometimes it will only hit once for two turns and then 3 times on the 3rd use, but either way somethin's up.
