I know this must be asked often and I have no special excuse or anything, but I was doing level up service with another player without them realizing it was region locked. The pokemon is now locked in his pc and they said "the message that says it will be locked before the region is completed wasn't there" so i'm not sure if he was trolling me or it is a glitch. So if any mods are reading this, please update me on if you can reverse the trade. A couple of people on all chat have also reported "Jonatroll11" not fulfilling the full trade so I am leaning towards the player being a troll. Thanks! (if you did transfer the eevee do it from Jonatroll11's pc to Wingshot's pc)

I'm trying to complete the Intraregional subway quest for getting the train and hm fly, but I'm unable to because yorkie isn't popping up. I checked everywhere. Diglett's cave, route 21, victory road, saffron city pokemart, and route 10. All the places he should be, yet he's still not appearing. If you could help, that would be great thanks!
