i also try to deafeat giratina using my android phone but. . .it doest even work. . .please help me tnx

.i try to beat Giratina 2x but it wont disappear and didn't back to cynthia . . .i try to reopen my client and try to refresh everything but. .still the same . . . . .pls. help

but on my phone it says that "invalid username-password" . . .but in my pc connot connect to the server. . . a pew mins ago i try to change my password and its fine coz i can access my account with the new password in PRO site. . .

please help me. . . . I cant access my account i try to reconnecting many time, open and close on it and Download again. . .please help tnx. . .
