At pallet town, or route 21, using good rod fish shellder abt 6hrs real time, but no gain, except one shiny tentacool I just wanna know whether a good rod can get shellder. Is anyone got shellder can tell me where and how you get it ? Thank you!

Hi all, I want to catch shellder in the game, and I have check the pokedex in the game, which indicated that shellder will be in route 21 using rod. However, when i check the unofficial spawn, it said surf is ok. So I am wondering which is the right way for encounter shellder? btw, I have fish it for 4 real time hrs using good rod... shall we use a super rod for shellder? Cheers

Hi all I just start play the game for one week. And I am wondering the difference between MS and normal player. Is that MS can meet more shiny pokemon or they can meet the pokemon that normal player will never see. (I mean species). Additionally, what does the purple question mark mean on the map? Cheers
