Logging in... disappearing and not logging me in

i have been trying to log in for the past 2 hrs and i have received 2 messages 1. can not connect to server 2. logging in but it fades and nothing happens and I have waited for the logging in for 5 minutes and nothing happens so if the admin can fix this problem i would be really grateful
