  1. Thank you for your answer, I understand that servers may have some trouble with so many players online and I agree on the point that refunding everyone is clearly not possible. I didn't know lost pokemon with ID could be recovered, next time I'll make a screenshot as a precaution. Thanks again, this was indeed a solid answer, I just hope in the future there will be a way to re-enter Bug Catching after losing connection or simply log in and continue it without being kicked out.
  2. Hello, I was doing bug catching contest when the connection got lost while facing a Larvesta. My wifi signal is excellent, so I think it was a server problem. Now the guard won't let me do it again until tomorrow, thus having lost the possible daily rewards and a Larvesta. Is there the possibility to make today's contest available again? I don't like to complain, but this is the third time I got the "connection lost" during bug catching, and being a new player I really need those rewards. Also Larvesta doesn't spawn anywhere else and having 20 minutes per day makes it hard enough to hunt for it, and occasionally losing some days doesn't improve the situation. Thanks for understanding
