My tangela needs deleviling because it cant evolve to tangrowth because when it was low level I removed the moves ancient power but when it reach level 100 I relearn the ancient power again and when I try to evolve it nothing happened. Can someone help me deleviling my tangela to level 99 please my tangela id si 25777431
