@Ayroo see attach. This spelling is everywhere in Sinnoh (for me).

I will in a bit, but I just started in Sinnoh, any dialogue that contains “Pokémon” shows up with a ?, as “Pok?mon”.

The text for the word Pokemon shows up as "Pok?mon". Can this be resolved?

So I should fish underwater? I just want to figure out how to catch pokemon that appear underwater. I used a good rod underwater but that isn't working either.

On route 128 (Hoenn) underwater I can find no spawns underwater. Why could this be? I have not used any repels.
