    I will in a bit, but I just started in Sinnoh, any dialogue that contains “Pokémon” shows up with a ?, as “Pok?mon”.

    So I should fish underwater? I just want to figure out how to catch pokemon that appear underwater. I used a good rod underwater but that isn't working either.
