    Hi exotyc, i wanted to see if you had time to look into this issue. I tried using my newly made alt and i get the same error, which makes me think that it's not related to a password change . Is there any other way for me to join the test server ?

    Thank you so much for the response. Unfortunately, i don't remember changing my password, i did change my email though. As such, I can't try this suggestion because I don't remember having another password. Is there another way to connect ?

    New Leaf is a casual guild that was founded on the 25th of December, mainly focusing on building a community inside of PRO. Our guild includes active and friendly Discord chats, unique reward systems, a monthly event, and a chill environment you can hang out in.

    • Dex Service - We provide a complete dex service for all regions, free for members!
    • Guild Daycare - A guild daycare service provided by a few of our members.
    • Discord giveaways - As the name implies, giveaways! Who doesn't enjoy giveaways?
    • Monthly PvP raffle - While we will not force members to participate in PvP, we still appreciate anyone who participates in PvP, and by the end of the season, we will enter the names of members who have at least 100 points for a chance to win something cool.
    • Participate in Draft leagues - Draft leagues, which are simply a format of competitive Pokemon, are a staple of New Leaf. What is the Draft League Format? The Draft League Format is a collection of coaches, or players, who draft Pokemon to form a roster that they can build a team with to battle other coaches each week, for up to at least 7 weeks. Do note that these draft leagues are for fun, and are to be taken as a form of incentive to get members to participate and enjoy PvP. We are currently in our 2nd season.

    I am galaxyor from phoenix and was thinking about joining new leaf with my alt to play with you guys again!

    2. about 10 hours for now on this account but i am very active.

    3. My favorite pokemon is volcarona 

    4. I really enjoy hunting, trading, PVE (doing bosses ), and i am starting to play a bit in pvp too.

    Can't log in to test server

    I tried to log in multiple times in the test server yesterday, this morning and tonight. However, it keeps giving me this error message : image.png.b32121f8cc9c717575cf73725a577cec.png

    Yesterday, it gave me this but then it started saying connection lost instead after a while. 

    I tried to ask for help on the discord server, and i tried the following things:

    - Turn off and on the pc

    - Try to connect through a vpn 

    - try to connect on my phone

     

    None of those things solved my issue. 

    I hope you can help me with this. Thanks for your help so far.

     

    P.S: connecting to gold and silver servers works.

    Master ball lost

    I was swiping down to choose what ball to use and by mistake it pressed on master ball on a trash poke. Is it possible to release the poke and get the master ball back please?

     

    I know have a trash Wobbuffet in a master ball :(
