When i go to house and click to old man he is not responding and i cannot moving, everything is fine and well every other player moving i can check my bag and etc so no frozen just when i click old man i cannot moving. i rellog three times and still the same

hi guys, when i showed duskull to the joel he just doesn't give my point. He said show to me and i did but then nothing happens. i rellog two times and just for the check up i went to shop saw my points and nothing add.
