I have tried to look on many different forums but cant find a solution Description and Message So i just beat the 7th gym leader Blaine and i have not been met by Bill straight after like all the forums say and i go to his cottage and he keeps telling me "Have you enjoyed the cruise yet?" and I've already finished the SS Anne quest. so basically I am unable to continue to battle Giovanni because Bill will not take me to the islands to find him please help
