    Did he make a new account with Hotmail or Gmail as emailprovider yet? Those 2 providers seem to receive almost all emails from PRO. if i remember correctly it was neither so that might be it

Since hes not registered he can't make a support ticket

    Hey i just noticed a bug on pyre exterior. Everytimeu leave the area for like going into the mountain or black out and return here u must redo all the fights with the team magma and aqua guys that u have already done, And me for one has been set back quite a bit of this :/ sidenote: And also no exp from all these fights is a bit mean :(
