It's because of the Bandwith issues, i guess. You should try just logging in over and over again you'll eventually get in.

my PC is built using last generation parts. my processor is nearly 8 years old now, using the old intel quad core standard (before i3/5/7 stuff). Still can run games released today. was built cheap too. GFX card was the most expensive component in mine, and that was only £50 That's what you call being efficient hahaha
