Try alt tabing, if that doesnt work try typing /ref in chat.

Here's another solution that someone posted ( Posted by Deathwand in Discord chat) If you are able to get in game press "F2" and try typing clearmaps on the console Hope this helps.

What are you using mac, windows, linux? Is it 32bit or 64?
