    Hi guys, i can't find a way to continue my quest, I don't have a bell & i have suicune entei & raikou dex datas. Ive been to: -johto safari mountain (rock smash) -tohjo falls (waterfall) -Mt. Silver 3f and none of the dogs spawn anymore. Scientist Rey still ask me some dex datas.. if anyone has a solution it would be appreciated 😉
