I'm sorry i have to cancel my bid, i didn't notice that you wanted to keep an auction for a whole day, i need to move my money i can't keep it frozen for one pokemon for that long, and if you think this was a fake bo, it wasn't and i'm willing to pay what i offered but it has to be alot sooner that the time u posted.

They tend to spwan in Seafoam BF4 more than other places as far as I've seen

Breeding is yet to be in game Ivs are random when you catch a pokemon or get it through Npc trading or given as prizes as for ev training there are alot of spots where you can train by killing wild pokemon, and also you have the safari where you can pay 10k for 20 minutes and choose what ev you want to train your pokemon in. here is a link for wild pokemon hotspots: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=3275
