silver server Egg tutor not responding to forget a move

I’ve bought whirlwind for skarmory 4 times at the egg tutor and every time the learn move box comes up but I can’t select a move, I can’t even press do no learn this move I just have to log out and lose my 15k. I’ve lost 60k now
