i've beaten 4 gyms but i can't go into diglett's cave because there is a little diglett blocking the entrance

when i went to the future or some guy destroyed cerulean city with his dragonair he beat me and i got sent to the pokecenter and when i went out i got stuck in a loading map screen and then i lose connection pls help me
