I've found it quite difficult fishing for Horsea too with the exception of Dragons Den. I think it's much easier to surf around seafoam to get a horsea.

Oh, that makes sense. I knew that it capped out at 252 for a single one but not the overall cap...I've got my EV's spread out all over the place XD. Thanks.

I've noticed my pokes EV's aren't rising after they hit level 80, is this supposed to happen?

That's why I mentioned a consumable, similar to the exp boost. I didn't mean an automatic increase in spawn rate for members.

I was thinking it might be a good idea to be able to increase spawn rate for rare pokemon somehow. Maybe introduce a consumable? It's just a little irritating that when you get membership you have the ability to encounter some different pokemon and enter members only areas but the spawn rate is so low that it takes hours sometimes just to encounter the pokemon once.

Not sure if this is a bug or not but a couple of items I collected, lagging tail and rock incense, don't have descriptions.

Anyone know if there's a way to move my character across to the new server? Would be helpful since there are always problems logging into the red server because it's over populated.
