How much for the Chespin?

So I have a few questions regarding trading other players for Pokemon whose native regions I haven't been to yet (i.e Johto and Hoenn since I have not been there yet). I've attempted to buy/trade Pokemon from both Hoenn and Johto, but the other parties involved in the trade say I'm not able to trade for Pokemon from those regions. Now this confused me because I had at one point traded for a Snorunt, whose native region is Hoenn. I then evolved it to Froslass and gave it to my girlfriend. Now if the previous statement holds true, why was the Snorunt trade allowed and not any others? Was it some sort of fluke or is Snorunt also native to Kanto within the game like Minun or Wurmple?

Nevermind about the Trapinch I think; found out I can't trade Pokemon from other regions (Tried buying a Feebas from someone earlier)?... EVEN THOUGH I TRADED FOR A SNORUNT YESTERDAY. :Angry: :Cry: :thanks:

I honestly have no clue what the prices are for these so if you could give me a fair price or at least tell me what they typically go for, I'd really appreciate it! :Crazy:
