[Coil pottentially not working or baton pass isnt working with it]

2 times now after using coil 6 times and baton passing to gyarados, i have missed ice fang. not in a row but i seperate battles. i dont have evidence for this but i am sure something is wrong here

Explanation: You dont really need any specific hp for zard y. Stab drought fire blast has an equivalent base of 247.5, so you only need hp ice for 4x weak and fire resistant mons like chomp and Dnite. You wont be going up against chomp with your zard y anyway, so you can hope for a switch in. Its very good for dnite but only when you got rocks up. Hp ice would be good against tyrantrum too but we got focus blast already.Salamence isnt pvp so its basically effective against only a very few mons with situational use. Moreover we got dragon pulse on him.
