Here I have posted a screenshot of a Gastrodon you basically have to guess the hidden numbers. Winner will receive a coin capsule. I doubt if implementing this would result in faster match ups because the population is not increasing. Allowing alts would still result in artificial growth. Queue health requires more players, not more accounts.

A ranked ladder should mean one competitive identity per player not 3-4.

its more like a artificial growth just to get matches faster. Maybe Something like a Rating Protection Card can be added, Each season, players receive 3–5 Rating Protection Cards. You can activate it anytime, When you lose a match, it prevent rating loss for that battle. This will motivate players to keep playing after reaching their goal.
