I was defeating Bruno and Lorelei at 12:00 pm ~ 4:00 pm. After I killed all their pokemons the game froze, chat's still running so I know there wasn't any crash. That happened twice with those two bosses. I re-login to see if I still get the reward but there is not. Can you someway help me get my reward back? What have you already tried to solve the problem?
