After levelling up my Gyrados to level 39 it gave me the option to learn crunch. As I went to replace bubble beam with this skill my game crashed logging me out. After logging back in the option to select crunch has gone. Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone help?

So I levelled up my gyrados to 39 and it came up with would you like to learn crunch! As I went to click yes and replace bubble beam my game crashed and now the option to add crunch is not there! Can anyone help, give some advice. Much appreciated.
