You do not need to fight him again, if you beat him the first time, you are good to go. If you lost, you need to go talk to his mother, then you should be good to go. see if you are able to go to Viridian Forest.
Per the staff guide:
Before you continue the story, training your Pokémon to around level 10 is recommended. Use Route 22 to train your Pokémon.
Once you are ready for Jackson, enter the school building and go to the lower floor. Confront Jackson and you will battle him. His Eevee is now level 8.
- If you lose to Jackson then you will have to talk with the Receptions and then return to Pallet Town and ask his mom to come and move him. His house is the one next to yours.
- If you beat Jackson then you are free to move on to Viridian Forest. Head North to Route 2 and continue until you reach the stop house.
- If you lose to Jackson then you will have to talk with the Receptions and then return to Pallet Town and ask his mom to come and move him. His house is the one next to yours.

I'm completely stuck.
After I beat the 6th gym of Canalave city, I fought barry on the bridge, I didn't fight him before the gym but after. Then I didn't read what he said, so I've checked the wiki, and the wiki says that I need to go to the library of Calanave, there're anybody apart npcs there's no Rowan and Barry. What should I do? I can't succeed in the story.
What account was this for? the account @gemusxLancelot does not look to be out of Kanto yet

@Darkking, We have found the issue that caused this to happen, and corrected this. Next, we are going through each person and working on correcting it.
@Hunterx, We found out why you did not get your items back, and you are in another group of people that is being worked on as well.
We are working on getting everyone their items back, and will let you know when they are back.

I fought Alucard, went to the dark zone place, and tried stepping into light and my character didn't move so I re-logged thinking that was the problem and apparently I ruined my quest. so I fought the Horon boss without losing a poke, I was told that would reset the quest but when I return to the castle nothing happens and i get stuck on the 3rd floor. Any help is greatly appreciated. In game name is SawSeaNoodle, Server is Silver
*Added- I am now realizing it took my 30 escape rope my 50 somethin max potions and all my heals for that matter along with all of my tms and rare candys for some reason.. all the main things ive been saving up to this point are gone for some reason and they were 100% there before I started the quest and ruined it. thx for reading my post hope we can resolve this issue so i can enjoy the game again

Correct. But he is re-fightable after the battle you did. Once you catch him, this battle is re-doable in 3 days
