Rather than new maps, The maps that we have should be reworked or get rotational spawns. Ceru cave needs newer spawns to change the possibility of getting certain shinies to move the market a little bit. Sturdy ability on some Pokémon is indeed annoying when you think that the sole reason people go to CC is to train their Pokémon. When some Pokémon in Pinkan began spawning at super low levels like 20s or 40s it just ruined it. Rare pinks are already super hard to get so people usually went there to train as well. Now if you want to train efficiently you go to CC.

Cant you make waterfalls like an auto climb action that doesn't get interrupted? Like the same thing with the Teleporters in Hoenn and Sinnoh. Or treat the waterfall squares as non-spawning squares?

Every time I try to Waterfall Climb in MT Silver 1F, I get an encounter INSIDE the waterfall. And when I run from the battle, I am stuck and cant move; and when I relog I go all the way back to the last PC I visited.

Add a Temporary Walking/Riding Speed Buff as a prize for completing quests/daily missions/Tournaments. This can be advantageous to players who don't buy train tickets or don't have mounts yet. It's also VERY helpful when doing a legendary quest that you've been putting off for a long time just because its time consuming. It also helps hunters who want to camp hunt a certain Pokémon. The buff can vary from 1h to 1 day. They can also be added as a medallion item from the coin shop which will add a variety to items in the coin shop OR can be added to the merits from MS Medalions.
