    Hello FilDC The answer to your question is no, Master Sirhc only saves Nature, Ability, EVs and Moveset. That means that if you change your Legendary's IVs with a reroll, whenever you try to load your Bold Zapdos set, it will not get the previous IVs, they will remain the same.
