Hi everyone, I recently came across a Scatterbug, and I was wondering what are the conditions to get determined wing pattern once it evolves into Vivillon? Is there any way to get the Pattern I want? or is it at random?

Hi there, I have a small doubt, I just caught the valentine's day event Clefable, and it is amazing, but sadly it doesn't have the nature I wanted, is it possible to use a nature reroll ticket on it? I've heard they only work on legendary Pokemon, so I would appreciate some insight on the matter, thanks in advance
