I know that if during the bug catching, the server crashes or I log out so I shall be teleported to the bug catching hall but today when my server crashed ,I was teleported to my last visited Pokemon centre. It do not matter much but hope you will help. [ATTACH type=full]128330[/ATTACH]

My account is on silver server and Account is 'kunj2856'. Hoping to see my master ball.I am worried as I am a new player, means not that experienced to get some pvp or pve coins quickly like other people.

Hello! It is not much time for me to report an incident in formus, I recently gathered 25 pve coins for an master ball as I didn't knew it is of 20 coins. I went to pve master and tried buying master ball and suddenly my connection was lost. I relogged and checked in my bag, there was no master ball and my 20 coins were missing. So can there be a solution for it? Or I lost my pve coins.Hoping for a positive reply.

Yesterday when I was trying bug catching, I caught a paras and tried to check it's points but the checker npc replied "we are suffering a technical problem,kindly report it to our Staff"something like this. So I ended the contest and talked to judge so he reported the same to me.So he didn't checked my paras Ivs and I got stuck there.So can someone help?
