Same happened for me! please help I forgot to screenshot the error message :(

So i just finished the Legendary Dogs quest line, chose Zap Ball.. I fought the Raikou guardian on route 110, after i beat him i went to Entei guardian north of cerulean and it said this: Then i tried the suicune area, same thing couldnt enter his area:

yea i did

I have the same problem (I also chose Zap Ball) except i got to fight the Guardian but couldnt do the 2 other guardians And the Entei cave says "I shouldn't go there yet"
