I'm responsible for the trade. I'm not responsible for his account. Why can't a mod/admin just gain access to it and give it to me? Why didn't they ask him if there was anything he had on him before banning? It's my best pokemon and now I have to spend time out of my busy schedule to train another one, to play the game. This is going in my review and I feel like the way it's been handled by staff was quite sloppy. The grammatical errors in your response makes me feel like you didn't care about my problem and just rushed to this unfair conclusion. Thank you regardless.

It's not my fault if he gets banned. But it's his fault for being irresponsible. This can't be my problem and go unresolved as if I don't get any compensation for somebody elses mistake. Maybe they should have asked him before banning or something. Warn him that he's about to be banned and he has anything he needs to do on the account. I gave a friend my best pokemon that was really strong and he got banned for being toxic towards staff. I really want my pokemon back. He can even confirm it's mine and that he was borrowing it.
